Richard Kiefer has been a Boulder resident since 1970, working as a design engineer (BSEE, MSEE) for several large corporations and as an independent wireless design consultant since 1981.

He believes that civil conversation — through an exploration of arguments — can reduce the social and political instability that we experience today. The most valuable discourse explores issues with precision, without attacking personal identities.
